The Healing Starlight

Sananga Ceremony
Vision & Clarity Eye Drops Grounding · Presence · Energetic Alignment
Sananga is offered here as a slow, grounded and embodied ceremonial practice, held with nervous-system awareness, clear consent, and gentle pacing.
This work is guided with deep respect for both the medicine and the body’s own intelligence.
This is not a performance, an altered-state experience, or a peak-seeking practice.
It is an invitation to meet perception, presence, and inner listening from a grounded and resourced state.
What is Sananga?
Sananga is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine, prepared as eye drops and traditionally used in ceremonial contexts to support perception, clarity, and subtle energetic cleansing.
Beyond its physical application to the eyes, Sananga is traditionally understood as a medicine of awareness — gently working with how we see, sense, and relate to both our inner and outer world.
In this space, Sananga is approached as a subtle and relational medicine.
It is not something to “take”, consume, or use for a result.
It is something to meet — slowly, consciously, and with respect for the body’s timing.
Rather than working directly on symptoms or attempting to create an experience, the ceremony invites a different kind of listening:
• listening to the body
• listening to the nervous system
• noticing how perception naturally shifts when the system feels safe, grounded, and supported
Sananga is offered here as a practice of soft recalibration — a gentle invitation for the sensory field, mind, and emotional body to settle, clear, and reorganise themselves without force.
The focus of this work is not intensity, purification, or pushing through discomfort.
The focus is attunement:
to your body, to your breath, to your nervous system, and to what becomes available when your system feels safe enough to soften.
In this way, Sananga becomes less about “opening the eyes” and more about refining presence — allowing perception to become quieter, clearer, and more embodied, both internally and externally.
This is a slow medicine.
A listening medicine.
A medicine that meets you exactly where you are, rather than asking you to become something else.

Respect, Lineage & Cultural Context
Sananga originates from Indigenous Amazonian traditions and is approached in this space with deep respect for its cultural roots and ceremonial lineage.
This work honours the living traditions from which this medicine comes, without claiming to replicate or replace Indigenous practices.
The focus of this offering is respectful, embodied, trauma-informed facilitation within a contemporary ceremonial context.
Why we work with Sananga?
Sananga is offered as a support for presence and perception — not only visual perception, but inner perception.
Rather than forcing insight or catharsis, this work supports a gentle return to:
• the body
• the breath
• the capacity to listen more clearly to subtle inner signals
The intention is not to “open” something, but to create enough safety and clarity for awareness to naturally deepen.

• increased inner clarity and present-moment awareness
• softening of mental tension
• deeper attunement to subtle perception and intuition
• a grounded sense of inner stillness
