Sacred Earth & Plant Ceremonial Journeys

Grounded · Trauma-Informed · Nervous System–Led

There is a quiet intelligence that lives beneath words:

In the body.

In the breath.

In the Earth itself.

Sacred Earth Ceremonies are grounded, heart-centered spaces where you are invited to slow down and listen — not to escape, not to chase an experience, but to remember what your body already knows.

This work is rooted in relationship:

• With the Earth and its wisdom

• With plant and earth medicines

• With your own embodied awareness

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. Only what is ready is welcomed.

These ceremonies are held for those who feel called to meet the Earth not as a tool, but as a living, responsive intelligence — one that honors readiness, honesty, and presence.

Soft. Grounded. Embodied. Held.

If you feel called to journey with the Earth and its medicines, I invite you to send me a private message to explore 1:1 or group ceremonies.

Working With Earth & Ceremonial Practices

In these ceremonies, we work with sacred Earth and plant-based practices — including Cacao, Hapé, Sananga, and other Earth-rooted ceremonial forms. Every offering is guided through embodiment, nervous-system awareness, and deep respect for the intelligence of the medicine.

This work is not about peak states, dramatic breakthroughs, or altered experiences for their own sake. Instead, it supports:

    •    Grounding and nervous-system regulation

    •    Emotional softening without overwhelm

    •    Reconnection to your body’s natural rhythm

    •    Clarity arising through presence rather than force

    •    A deepened relationship with Earth-based wisdom

Integrative Elements

Alongside Earth practices, ceremonies may gently include:

    •    Conscious breathwork

    •    Sound, voice, or intentional silence

    •    Subtle energy alignment and Reiki

    •    Simple shamanic grounding tools

All elements are introduced slowly, with clear consent and attunement — allowing your body to remain present, resourced, and oriented.

You are invited into relationship with the medicine, listening to how the Earth meets you, how your body responds, and what unfolds when safety and presence are prioritized.

What This Work May Support

Every experience is unique. While outcomes are individual, this work may help with:

    •    Felt sense of safety and grounding

    •    Emotional release without collapse or bypass

    •    Reconnection to intuition and inner listening

    •    Softening of stress, tension, and holding patterns

    •    Renewed respect for your own timing and capacity

    •    Deeper embodiment and present-moment awareness

This is subtle, quiet work — often deeply impactful in ways that continue to unfold beyond the ceremony itself.

How These Ceremonies Are Held?

All offerings are guided with:

    •    Clear communication and informed consent

    •    Respect for personal boundaries

    •    Nervous-system awareness

    •    Ethical pacing and careful containment

Ceremonies are offered in small groups or private containers, ensuring each participant is met with care, presence, and discernment.

This is sacred, slow, deeply human work, facilitated with professional boundaries and grounded presence. Rather than assuming readiness, alignment is explored collaboratively through a 20-minute consultation call.

This first conversation is a gentle step to:

    •    Connect and sense mutual resonance

    •    Clarify what the work offers and does not

    •    Explore your intentions with care and honesty

    •    Ensure the container feels safe, supportive, and aligned

There is no pressure to continue — sometimes simply being heard and guided is the most important part.

Preparation & Integration

Before Ceremony:

    •    Rest and nourish: light, preferably plant-based meals 1–3 days prior

    •    Hydrate and abstain from alcohol, cigarettes, or coffee 24 hours prior

    •    Digital pause: limit screens and distractions to allow nervous system space

    •    Sound & frequency: gentle music, nature, or meditative tones support clarity

    •    Embodiment: wear comfortable clothing, walk barefoot, connect with the Earth

During Ceremony:

    •    Movement, stillness, or quiet emotional release are all welcome

    •    Guided slowly, with consent, attunement, and nervous-system awareness

    •    Enter into relationship with the medicine, the space, and your own embodied wisdom

After Ceremony:

    •    Rest, reflect, and allow insights to settle

    •    Gentle grounding: barefoot walking, breathwork, journaling, quiet contemplation

    •    Hydrate and nourish with whole foods

    •    Minimize overstimulation for the rest of the day

    •    Integration continues subtly for days afterward

Reminder: Preparation and integration are acts of care, creating the conditions for your nervous system, body, and heart to fully receive and remember.
