During this 20-minute session, we will: • Connect and sense mutual resonance • Clarify what each ceremony or offering provides — and what it does not • Explore your intentions and needs with care and honesty • Ensure the container feels safe, supportive, and aligned for you There is no obligation to book beyond this call. Often, simply being met and guided toward what feels truly supportive is the most important step. Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Payments All appointments require payment via VISA/MASTERCARD to secure your booking with The Healing Starlight. Payments are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. This payment helps cover costs associated with your appointment, whether you attend or not. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendance, but to remain fair to all clients, payments cannot be refunded within 24 hours of the appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed and you have received a confirmation, it is your responsibility to ensure attendance. Failure to attend will result in the loss of payment, regardless of the reason. Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment through our website. Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the appointment via our website or by emailing us at thehealingstarlight@gmail.com. Once cancelled, your booking will be automatically updated, and no charges will be made to your payment provider. Please note that cancelling your booking is your responsibility. While we strive to provide excellent service, factual, honest, and ethical guidance, we cannot guarantee specific results, and refunds cannot be offered if outcomes do not meet expectations. Refunds for Energy Healing & Attunements Energy Healing removes negativity, balances the body’s energy, and supports self-healing. It is non-invasive, safe, and always beneficial. However, benefits may vary between individuals and may not always be immediately perceived. Factors such as personal beliefs, sensitivity to energy, openness, and ability to relax can influence results. Payments cover the delivery of the healing or attunement itself, not the specific results. Exact outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Some may experience increased resilience and tolerance rather than complete resolution of a physical condition. Therefore, no refunds can be offered once Energy Healing or attunements have been performed. Consent I understand that healing sessions are complementary and do not replace medical treatment. I consent to participate in the healing session and accept the terms outlined above.
